Site option to purchase agreed with the Sports & Social Club in 2013 on 1 hectare of surplus car parking land to the rear of the club.

Working with the Sports & Social Club, 38 affordable homes were granted approval in 2014.

Work commenced in October 2014 for the delivery of 38 affordable homes to Wrekin Housing Trust.
