What we do
Turnkey cost effective affordable housing delivered for Registered Providers, fixed price jct design and build packages, quick and uncomplicated land purchases, option agreements and promotional agreements with land owners, high quality bespoke residential dwellings.
Our services
We enjoy taking on challenging sites with long term prospects to deliver the most appropriate end use whether that’s affordable homes, million pound homes, trade parks or drive thru’s.
We manage our exposure to the residential market by providing a blend of pre-sold residential properties to registered providers having sourced the sites and also developing bespoke homes for sale on sites more suitable to open market sales.
Our backgrounds in commercial property enable us to take advantage of land holdings more suitable for commercial development with or without a residential element, and we aim to add value on new build sites and redevelopment of existing buildings. We maintain an open mind on all opportunities from management intensive listed building developments, through to modular off site construction.
We pride ourselves on being pragmatic problem solvers and relish the opportunity in tackling complicated and challenging sites using our extensive ground works skills.
We tend to purchase land using our own resources with a view to developing the asset on a longer time horizon whilst dealing with obstacles including legal, infrastructure, ground conditions and planning.
