Prentice
kitchens are to be installed into each unit. For over twenty years
Prentice Furniture have been manufacturers of superior bespoke kitchens.
Renowned for skilled craftsmanship, traditional furnishings and

materials is of the highest priority.
Each
kitchen will be individually designed with a choice of solid wood
doors of oak or maple and granite worktops (subject to build progress)
to include Baumatic built in fridge/freezers, dishwashers, electric
ovens, gas hobs and designer extractor fans. Electric hobs are available
upon request. Where
no utility room is provided, a built in washer/dryer is provided.
Bathrooms
The
bathroom is often one of the busiest rooms in the house. With this
in mind the chosen product is of the highest quality and selected
from one of the leading manufacturer’s in the industry.
All
sanitaryware will be luxury ‘Porcelanosa’ contemporary
range in white with curved glass shower cubicles where appropriate
and to include mixer taps with shower attachment above baths and
mixer showers. All the main bathrooms to benefit from heated ladder-style
towel rails. Extensive
choice of tiles from the Porcelanosa Venis range to complement.
Externals
Units
two to six are approached via electronically operated gates onto
a private drive finished in Newbury gravel, leading into two landscaped
courtyards with allocated parking, Unit one (Shire Barn) benefits
from its own separate gated access. Each barn will benefit from
its own patio and landscaped
private garden area. The focus of the new development will be two
landscaped central courtyards and for the benefit of the privacy
of all owners this courtyard will be subject to restrictive covenants
as to the uses, which can be carried out.
Garages
Five
of the six units benefit from its own garage and storage space.
In addition there is space for the parking of a single vehicle in
front of each garage and parking in the courtyard.
Builders
Specification
Each
property has been individually designed but similar finishes have
been used throughout. Purchasers (subject to build progress) can
have an input into various finishes. See separate specification
sheet.
Architect's
Certificate
All
homes will be inspected during the conversion works and an Architect's
Certificate satisfying the requirements of the Council of Mortgage
Lenders will be issued on completion of the works.
Amendments
to plot and General Specification
